On November 29, 2019, the Faculty of Nursing at USU held a service excellence training session for educational staff at Grand Aston Hotel Medan. Service Excellence refers to excellent service that meets the public's expected quality standards and ensures customer satisfaction.
This principle serves as the foundation for the leadership of the Faculty of Nursing at USU in realizing its vision and mission to develop staff competencies and enhance service to stakeholders. The training featured renowned speakers, including Yoffi Andinata, Fadly S, and Rustiyanti.
The purpose of this training was to develop the attitude of the educational staff of the Faculty of Nursing at USU in providing excellent service, improving their performance, and fostering a more conducive work environment.
