The Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Sumatera Utara, successfully conducted a workshop on the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum and the Professional Nursing Program. This workshop aimed to enhance the quality of nursing education by aligning the curriculum with OBE principles, ensuring graduates meet global standards and healthcare demands. Participants, including faculty members, academic staff, and program coordinators, engaged in in-depth discussions and collaborative planning to strengthen the implementation of student-centered learning and professional competencies. The event highlighted the faculty's commitment to producing highly skilled and competitive nursing professionals for the future.
