The Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Sumatera Utara, conducted the 2023 Outstanding Student Selection on April 4, 2023, at the Magister Classroom, FKep USU. This annual event identifies and celebrates exceptional students who excel in academic achievements, leadership, and community contributions.

The selection process involved a series of assessments, including academic performance evaluations, presentations on innovative ideas, and interviews to highlight students' critical thinking, communication skills, and leadership potential. Participants showcased their dedication to advancing nursing science and practice through creative ideas and impactful projects.
