1. Clinical Orientation at RSUD dr. Pirngadi Medan
This orientation was attended by 156 students of the Professional Nursing Program, who were joined by the Deputy Director for Services and Training for Non-Civil Servant Health Workers at RSUD, Dr. Pirngadi Medan, the Head of Training Division, ward heads, Clinical Instructors (CI), and faculty members from the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU).

The orientation at RSUD dr. Pirngadi Medan is mandatory for Professional Nursing Program students before beginning clinical practice. The purpose is to introduce students to hospital policies, rules, and available healthcare facilities at the clinical site.
2. Clinical Orientation at RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan
This orientation was attended by 156 students of the Professional Nursing Program. It was joined by the Head of Training Division at RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan and faculty members from the Faculty of Nursing USU.

In addition to introducing hospital policies and healthcare facilities, the orientation process at RSUP Haji Adam Malik included:
- Identification of student competencies
- Training in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS)
3. Clinical Orientation at RS Jiwa Prof. Ildrem Medan
The orientation at RS Jiwa Prof. Ildrem Medan was attended by 156 students of the Professional Nursing Program. It included the participation of the Head of the Education and Training Division, ward heads, Clinical Instructors (CI), and faculty members from the Faculty of Nursing USU.

The orientation involved lectures and site visits to the wards where patients are treated.
4. Clinical Orientation at RS Universitas Sumatera Utara Medan
One hundred fifty-six students of the Professional Nursing Program attended the orientation at RS Universitas Sumatera Utara, which included participation from the Head of Training Division, ward heads, Clinical Instructors (CI), and faculty members from the Faculty of Nursing USU.

- Introduction to clinical practice areas
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Training
These clinical orientations serve as critical preparations for Professional Nursing Program students before they begin their practical experiences, ensuring they understand hospital procedures, improve their skills, and maintain safety standards during clinical practice.
