Faculty of Nursing, September 21, 2026 — The Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), held its routine Morning Assembly on Monday, September 21, 2026, at exactly 08.00 WIB at the Faculty of Nursing USU. The morning assembly was directly led by the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing USU as the ceremony supervisor and attended by the entire academic community consisting of lecturers and education personnel within the faculty.
In its implementation, the morning assembly was supported by a team of officers from the faculty staff and management who had been systematically appointed. Dimas Syahputra was assigned as the ceremony leader, Maranti delivered the Pancasila text, Muliyani delivered the 1945 Constitution text, and Rosalin Darmayanti, S.E., recited the Korpri text. Meanwhile, Sulastri served as the master of ceremonies, M. Anri Rifai led the prayer, and Nur Azwar was responsible for audiovisual technical matters.
To ensure the smooth operation and discipline of the event, supervision and technical coordination of administration, equipment, photographer documentation, and security were under the coordination of the Head of the Administrative Office and the Finance Manager. The faculty leadership encouraged all lecturers and education personnel to attend and participate in the morning assembly and required officers who were unable to carry out their duties to submit confirmation no later than one day in advance to the Finance Manager.
The implementation of this routine agenda is closely related to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions through the establishment of a disciplined, accountable, and integrity-based institutional governance culture. In addition, strengthening discipline and togetherness among all teaching and education personnel directly supports the achievement of SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being in optimizing operational services and the quality of education on campus.
This routine morning assembly is expected to serve as a means of conveying strategic directions from the faculty leadership, strengthening relationships, and maintaining a spirit of work professionalism within the Faculty of Nursing USU. Consistency in enforcing discipline is expected to serve as a key foundation for the faculty in realizing excellent and competitive higher education services.
