The Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), held a morning assembly on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 08.00 WIB in the courtyard of the Faculty of Nursing USU. This activity was part of efforts to build discipline, responsibility, and the readiness of the entire academic community in carrying out their duties and providing services within the faculty.

Serving as the Assembly Supervisor was the Vice Dean for Research, Community Service, Cooperation, and Internationalization of the Faculty of Nursing USU, Iwan Rusdi, S.Kp., MNS. The assembly was attended by faculty leaders, lecturers, and education personnel of the Faculty of Nursing USU and took place in an orderly and solemn manner.
The morning assembly served as a momentum to strengthen communication, coordination, and togetherness among the various elements within the Faculty of Nursing USU. Synergy among faculty leaders, lecturers, and education personnel is expected to support the creation of a professional, disciplined, collaborative work environment oriented toward improving the quality of education, research, community service, and academic services.

This activity also supports the commitment to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education through strengthening a professional and sustainable educational environment; SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions through strengthening governance and an integrity-based work culture; and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals through strengthening synergy and collaboration among members of the academic community.
Through the implementation of the morning assembly, the Faculty of Nursing USU continues to promote a disciplined, responsible, and integrity-based work culture. The activity is expected to serve as a momentum to strengthen the spirit of the entire academic community in carrying out their duties and making their best contributions to the advancement of the Faculty of Nursing USU, Universitas Sumatera Utara, and society.
