The Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Sumatera Utara, successfully organized a workshop on the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) Curriculum and Professional Nursing Program in 2023. The workshop aimed to strengthen the curriculum framework to align with OBE principles, ensuring graduates possess the competencies required to meet global healthcare standards.
This event brought together faculty members, program coordinators, and academic staff to discuss, share insights, and formulate strategies for implementing a student-centered learning approach. The focus was on improving learning outcomes, fostering critical thinking, and enhancing professional skills among nursing students.
The Faculty of Nursing remains committed to advancing nursing education and producing highly skilled, competitive professionals ready to contribute to the healthcare sector at national and international levels.
