Medan, July 16, 2026 – The Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FKep USU), officially inaugurated the Junior Staff of the Abhyudaya Cabinet at the Faculty of Nursing Auditorium, Universitas Sumatera Utara. The inauguration marked an important milestone in the organization's leadership regeneration and the beginning of a new chapter of student service dedicated to developing an innovative, collaborative organization that benefits both the academic community and society.

The ceremony was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Sumatera Utara; the Vice Dean for Education, Student Affairs, and Alumni; the Vice Dean for Administration, Finance, Human Resources, and Academic Infrastructure; the Vice Dean for Research, Community Service, Cooperation, and Internationalization; the Head of the Undergraduate Nursing Study Program; the Head of the Master's Program in Nursing; the Secretaries of the study programs; the Chair of the North Sumatra Regional Board of the Indonesian Nursing Education Higher Institutions Association (HIPGABI); and the heads of administrative sub-divisions within the Faculty of Nursing.

Guided by the spirit of the Abhyudaya Cabinet and its tagline, "Moving Together, Growing Together, Making an Impact for All," the newly inaugurated junior staff are expected to become a generation of student leaders who demonstrate integrity, responsibility, and a strong commitment to collaboration in developing adaptive programs that create meaningful and positive impacts.

The inauguration also contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) through student leadership development, SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions) by promoting professional and ethical organizational governance, and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by strengthening collaboration among students, the faculty, professional organizations, and various stakeholders.

With the inauguration of the Junior Staff of the Abhyudaya Cabinet, all members are expected to carry out their responsibilities with dedication and serve as agents of change who make meaningful contributions to the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Sumatera Utara, and the wider community.
