The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing between the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), and the Nursing Program of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) took place from July 3 to 5, 2019. The MoU was signed by the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing USU, Setiawan, SKp, MNS, Ph.D., and Prof. Syarifah from the UKM side.
Additionally, from the Faculty of Nursing USU, the event was attended by the Vice Dean III, Dr. Siti Saidah Nasution, SKp, M.Kep., Sp. Mat, the Expert Staff of the Dean for Research, Community Service, and Cooperation; Roxsana Dewi T, S.Kep, Ns, MNurs, the Expert Staff of the Dean for Administration, Finance, Human Resources, and Assets; Rosina Tarigan, S.Kp, M.Kep, Sp.KMB, and the Secretary of the Master of Nursing Science Program, Diah Arrum, S.Kep, Ns, M.Kep.
Following the MoU signing, a visit study was conducted for the Master of Nursing Science (S2) and Undergraduate Program in Nursing (S1) students to UKM's hospital, UMBI Laboratory, and other hospital facilities.
