The Faculty of Nursing of the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) had a special guest in the framework of a guest lecture held regularly. On this occasion, Mr. H. Efi Irwansyah Pane, MKM, who serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board of DPD PPNI (Indonesian National Nurses Association) Asahan Regency, was the guest speaker at the event.

In a guest lecture held in the main hall of the USU Faculty of Nursing, Mr. H. Efi Irwansyah Pane shared experiences and insights into the latest developments in the world of nursing and the strategic role of nurses in the health system. The material covered various aspects, ranging from health policy to the challenges nurses face in the field face.

Students and lecturers of the USU Faculty of Nursing enthusiastically attended this guest lecture. They gained a deeper understanding of nursing practice in the field and the perspective of an experienced practitioner. In addition, the opportunity to discuss directly with Mr. H. Efi Irwansyah Pane added value for the participants in expanding their insights and knowledge.
