The Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), held the September 2026 Coordination Meeting as an effort to strengthen coordination, communication, and the integration of work programs across units within the faculty. The meeting was held on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. WIB in the Meeting Room of the Faculty of Nursing, USU, and was attended by faculty leaders, study programs, departments, and other academic support units.
The coordination meeting served as a forum for sharing information, evaluating activities, and aligning work programs to support the achievement of the vision and mission of the Faculty of Nursing, USU. Through this activity, each work unit collaborated in implementing education, research, community service, and academic services effectively and sustainably.
The activity is aligned with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education, which emphasizes the importance of providing inclusive, high-quality, and sustainable education. In addition, the activity supports SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions through the implementation of transparent, accountable, and effective institutional governance to achieve the faculty’s strategic objectives.
Inter-unit collaboration through this activity also supports SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals by strengthening internal cooperation in developing innovative academic programs that are responsive to advances in knowledge. Through continuous coordination, the Faculty of Nursing, USU, remains committed to improving the quality of nursing education and producing professional and competent graduates who can contribute meaningfully to society.
