The Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Sumatera Utara, successfully conducted Day 3 of the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) Training on Monday, June 19, 2023. The AIPNI Central OSCE Team facilitated the training, featuring Dr. I Made Kariasa, S.Kp., MM., M.Kep., Sp.Kep.MB, and Riri Maria, S.Kp., MANP, who brought extensive expertise in OSCE methodologies.
The session focused on enhancing the participants' skills in developing and implementing OSCE as an effective and standardized assessment tool for evaluating clinical competencies. Through interactive discussions, hands-on practice, and case-based scenarios, faculty members gained valuable insights into creating structured assessments aligned with nursing education standards.
This training reflects the Faculty of Nursing's commitment to improving the quality of nursing education by adopting innovative assessment methods that ensure graduates are well-prepared to meet professional and clinical practice demands.
