The Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Service Delivery (PEKPPP) team from the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), launched a benchmarking visit to the Polytechnic of Batam in an effort to broaden insights and enrich experiences in PEKPPP services.
During the visit, the USU PEKPPP team was led by the Dean of the USU Faculty of Nursing and received by the Director of the Polytechnic of Batam. The visit aimed to gain insight into the best practices of PEKPPP services and learn about various innovations and learning methods implemented by the Polytechnic of Batam.
During the visit, the USU PEKPPP team had the opportunity to tour the facilities and interact directly with lecturers and students of Polytechnic Batam. They also attended discussions and presentations on PEKPPP's curriculum, teaching methods, research, and services .
This benchmarking visit is expected to benefit both parties significantly and strengthen collaboration between educational institutions in PEKPPP services.
