The Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Sumatera Utara, welcomed representatives from Columbia Asia General Hospital for an audience and discussion session on Friday, June 23, 2023. This meeting aimed to strengthen collaboration between the two institutions in nursing education, clinical practice, and healthcare services.
Discussions focused on opportunities for student clinical placements, joint training programs, and research initiatives to enhance the competencies of nursing graduates. Both parties explored strategies to integrate academic knowledge with hands-on clinical experience, ensuring students are well-prepared to meet healthcare industry demands.
This collaboration reflects the Faculty of Nursing's commitment to building strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions to improve the quality of nursing education and advance healthcare services.
