What courses will be taken in each semester?

Students can see their respective Academic Information System portals (SIA) to find out what courses must be filled in the Study Plan Card (KRS) in each semester.

What is the recognition process for the Thematic Field Work Program of Merdeka Learning Merdeka Campus (KKNT MBKM)?

The KKNT MBKM Program grade recognition process will be carried out in accordance with the academic regulations set by the Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara where the determination of grades can be determined by the Study Program or Faculty.

How can students obtain information related to lecture administration such as Study Plan Card (KRS), Thesis, Field Work, and others?

Students can obtain information related to lecture administration through the Faculty of Nursing One-Stop Application service (ASA FKEP)

Where can students find out the latest important information about the study program?

Students can access the faculty website at https://fkep.usu.ac.id to get the latest important information about the study program.

Is there an official organization under the study program?

The organization chaired or under the auspices of the study program is related to the organizational structure in the Faculty.

Where can students see the details of the next semester's course schedule to avoid clashes in the repeat course schedule for students who failed in the previous semester?

Students who fail in the previous semester can take a repeat course in the next academic year according to the semester they are following. Students can see the course schedule that has been determined on the academic portal.

What should students do during academic guidance with the Academic Advisor lecturer?

Academic guidance is held at the beginning of each semester and students must bring the Study Plan Card (KRS) and Study Result Card (KHS) of the previous semester. Students will generally get feedback from Academic Advisor lecturers regarding student performance based on the grades on the KRS and KHS documents.

What are the things that students receive when carrying out academic guidance?

Students will receive assistance from Academic Advisory lecturers in planning studies for the full study level and each semester, as well as helping to choose or determine learning programs.

Where can students find information about scholarships?

Students can find information about scholarships at the Student Affairs Department at both the Faculty level and the University level. In general, information related to scholarships will also be available on digital media such as faculty websites and faculty social media.

How many Semester Credit Units (SKS) can students take in each semester?

The number of credits that students can take for each semester can be seen on the SIA portal. The number of credits is also adjusted to the total credits that can be taken in the current semester. In general, the number of credits for the next semester is adjusted to the number of available credits based on the amount of the previous semester's Semester Achievement Index (IPS).

Are there any consequences that must be received by students if they fill out the Study Plan Card (KRS) without carrying out academic guidance with the Academic Advisor (PA) lecturer?

There are no consequences that must be received by students, but students will not get direction on the courses to be taken and things that become obstacles in the learning process.

In what semester can students apply for a leave of absence?

In accordance with academic regulations, students can apply for leave starting from semester 3.

What is the process of applying for a leave of absence?

Students can apply for leave through the Faculty of Nursing One-Stop Application Service (ASA FKEP).

Is it necessary to collect the Single Tuition Fee payment slip?

The administration of the Single Tuition Fee payment can be verified at the Faculty's finance or administration department. We advise students to keep the original slip as proof of payment of the Single Tuition Fee t o avoid difficulties in the administration process in the future.

What should students do if the desired course is not available on the portal or the schedule clashes between different courses?

Students can directly report or convey problems related to the absence of the desired course and schedule clashes between courses to the Academic Affairs officer who has the authority to take care of matters related to portal filling.
